How Stun protects your data

No ads, no data sales. Cloud analysis powers precision matches, and you stay in control of photos, account data, and deletion.

01 What Stun does

Stun helps match you with beauty products using information you provide (like preferences and photos). Recommendations are automated.

02 Information we collect

A. Information you provide

  • Account: If you sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier and may receive your name/email (including Apple’s private relay option).
  • Photos you upload: For timeline/history, “healing” progress, backups, and better suggestions.
  • Support: Info you share when contacting support.

B. Biometric-related information

We analyze photos to derive biometric-related signals (e.g., facial/skin measurements) for precision. Not used for identity verification or law enforcement.

C. Automatically collected

  • Device identifiers for security, account integrity, and functionality.
  • Network info: IPs are not intentionally stored in your profile, though infrastructure providers may process IPs for security logging.

D. Not collected today

  • No phone number, contacts, or user-generated public content.
  • No third-party analytics SDKs; no ads or targeted advertising data.
03 How we use information
  • Provide and operate the app (sign-in, account management).
  • Generate recommendations and personalization.
  • Analyze uploaded photos in the cloud for match accuracy.
  • Maintain photo timeline/history and backups (where enabled).
  • Customer support and security/fraud prevention.
04 Photo and biometric-related analysis
  • Cloud analysis: Photos are processed on our servers to create matching outputs.
  • Storage: Photos may be stored to support history/timeline and backups.
  • User control: Delete photos and your account/data at any time.
  • No sharing: Photos are not shared with brands/manufacturers.
05 Legal bases for processing (GDPR/UK GDPR)
  • Performance of a contract (to provide requested features).
  • Consent (e.g., for uploading photos/biometric-related processing where required).
  • Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, core functionality), balanced against your rights.
  • You can withdraw consent by stopping photo uploads and/or deleting photos/account.
06 Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

  • Service providers: Back4App (Parse Platform) for backend hosting/storage, running on major cloud providers under confidentiality/security obligations.
  • Payments: Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat may process transactions; we do not store full card details.
  • Legal/safety: Disclosure if needed to comply with law, protect rights/safety, prevent fraud, or address security issues.
  • Business transfers: Info may transfer during mergers, acquisitions, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
07 Affiliate links (future)

No affiliate links today. If added, we will update this policy to explain any data sharing and opt-outs. Uploaded photos are not intended to be shared with affiliate partners.

08 Data retention

We keep your information until you delete it (including photos and account data). Deleted content is removed from active systems; limited copies may remain briefly in secure backups until overwritten.

09 International transfers

Data may be processed globally (including the U.S.). Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual protections) for transfers.

10 Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures. No method is 100% secure.

11 Children’s privacy

Not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided personal info, contact support@tinyworlds.app.

12 Your choices and rights

In-app controls: Delete uploaded photos and your account/data.

GDPR/UK GDPR (EEA/UK/Switzerland): Access, correct, delete, restrict/object, portability, complaint to a data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): Know/access, delete, correct; opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (we do neither, including for cross-context behavioral advertising). Request via support@tinyworlds.app.

How Stun stays fair & safe

Clear guardrails for eligibility, content you upload, subscriptions, dispute resolution, and your rights as a user.

01 Eligibility
  • Minimum age: 13+ (16+ in EEA/UK).
  • You represent you have legal capacity to accept the Terms.
02 Privacy

Use of the Services relies on the Privacy Policy (including photo-based analysis). By using Stun you acknowledge you have read and understand it.

03 Account and Sign in with Apple

You must sign in (currently via Apple). You are responsible for device/account access and all activity through your account.

04 Informational only; not medical advice

Recommendations are automated and for cosmetic/informational purposes only. They are not medical advice or substitutes for professionals. Verify ingredients and consider patch testing; discontinue use if adverse effects occur.

05 Automated recommendations & accuracy

No guarantee of accuracy, completeness, suitability, pricing, availability, or outcomes. Verify before purchasing or using products.

06 Photos, permitted use, restrictions

Your photos: Certain features allow uploads for timeline/history, progress tracking, backups, and better recommendations (processed in the cloud).

Only your photos: Do not upload photos of others; no sexual/nude content, minors, hateful/violent, illegal, infringing, or medical imagery you cannot share.

Your responsibility: You are responsible for content you upload and warrant you have necessary rights.

07 User Content license

You retain ownership. You grant REAPPS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display User Content as needed to operate, provide photo-based analysis, maintain history/backups, and secure/improve the Services. License ends when you delete content/account except for limited retention required for legal compliance, disputes, or secure backups.

08 Acceptable use
  • No reverse engineering/decompiling (except where legally permitted).
  • No scraping/automated access without permission.
  • No interference with security or operations.
  • No training a competing product where prohibited.
  • No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use. Access may be suspended/terminated for violations.
09 Third-party services and links

Services may link to third parties or rely on providers (infrastructure, payments/subscriptions, LLM providers such as OpenAI or Google). We do not control or endorse third-party content/products/services/policies. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

10 Subscriptions, free trials, billing, cancellation
  • Subscriptions via Apple App Store; 3-day free trial may be offered.
  • Auto-renews unless cancelled before renewal. Manage/cancel in Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Refunds follow Apple’s policies; we do not control Apple’s decisions.
  • Pricing/offerings may change with required notice.
11 Intellectual property

Services (excluding User Content) belong to REAPPS or licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use subject to these Terms.

12 Feedback

If you share feedback/suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

13 Termination

You can stop using anytime and request deletion in-app (where available). We may suspend/terminate immediately for violations, security risk, or legal exposure. Relevant sections survive termination.

14 Disclaimers

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAPPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO GUARANTEE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

15 Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAPPS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA/GOODWILL. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100 (subject to jurisdiction limits).

16 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REAPPS and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of the Terms or law.

17 Dispute resolution, arbitration, class action waiver

Informal first: Contact support@tinyworlds.app with a brief dispute description and requested relief.

Arbitration (US/most regions): Binding arbitration (AAA consumer rules or comparable). Remote format when reasonable. Small claims option if eligible.

Class action waiver: Disputes are individual only, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

EEA/UK carve-out: Mandatory consumer rights remain, including local court access where required. Mass arbitration: parties will coordinate fair handling if 25+ similar demands are filed.

18 Governing law

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo (conflict rules excluded). Arbitration agreement interpreted under applicable mandatory arbitration law (Federal Arbitration Act may apply in the U.S.).

19 App Store terms (Apple)
  • Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Services.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance/support.
  • Claims relating to the App go to REAPPS (except where law requires Apple’s involvement).
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms.
20 Changes to these Terms

Terms may be updated. Material changes will be noticed (e.g., in-app). Continued use after changes become effective means you agree to the updates.
